Defendant: C Limited Liability Company; head office address: Lot M-CN, Industrial Park M, Ward M, City B, Binh Duong Province.

On January 17, 2025, at the headquarters of the People's Court of Dak Lak province, the appeal trial was held publicly on the case No. 03/2024/TLPT-LD dated October 7, 2024 regarding "Request to cancel indefinite-term labor contract and request to pay salary". Because the first-instance labor judgment No. 02/2024/LD-ST dated August 19, 2024 of the People's Court of Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak province was appealed. According to the Decision to bring the case to appeal trial No. 03/2024/QDPT-LD dated December 3, 2024, between the parties:

On May 4, 2024, at the headquarters of the High People's Court in Hanoi, the public appeal hearing of the labor case No. 01/2024/TLPT-LD dated March 8, 2024 regarding "Disputes over Social Insurance and cancellation of individual decisions" was opened at the High People's Court in Hanoi. Due to the appeal of the First Instance Labor Judgment No. 01/2024/LD-ST dated January 19, 2024 of the People's Court of Hai Duong province.
