On November 20, 2024, at the headquarters of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Court, the appeal case No. 97/2024/TLPT-DS dated October 7, 2024 on "Request for compensation for damage due to health infringement" was publicly heard. Because the Civil Judgment at First Instance No. 225/2024/DS-ST dated June 20, 2024 of Hoai Nhon Town People's Court was appealed.

On May 6, 2022, December 11, 2024 and January 16, 2025, at the headquarters of the People's Court of Giong Rieng district, Kien Giang province, the first instance public trial of civil case No. 15/2014/TLST-DS, dated January 24, 2014 regarding "Dispute over land use rights", according to Decision to bring the case to trial No. 66A/2022/QDXXST-DS, dated April 20, 2022, between the parties.

On February 25, March 17, April 1 and April 8, 2025, at the headquarters of Dong Thap Provincial People's Court, the appeal trial of civil case No. 421/2024/TLPT-DS dated October 16, 2024, regarding "Dispute over request to cancel property auction results" was conducted. Because the first instance civil judgment No. 73/2024/DS-ST dated June 27, 2024 of Cao Lanh City People's Court was appealed and protested by the Chief Prosecutor of Cao Lanh City People's Procuracy;

On April 10 and 14, 2025, at the headquarters of Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Court, the appeal case No. 260/2024/TLPT-DS dated December 31, 2024 regarding: "Dispute over deposit contract" was publicly heard. Because the Civil Judgment at First Instance No. 65/2024/DS-ST dated September 20, 2024 of Hon Quan District People's Court was appealed. According to the decision to bring the case to appeal trial No. 35/2025/QDXXPT-DS dated February 12, 2025.
